How to buy

Airstocking.es buying is easy and simple, just have to follow these steps:

  1. Choose products at our store.
  2. Shopping Cart: Add to shopping cart the item you wish to purchase and select if you want to continue shopping or complete your order .
  3. Shipping: You can choose between sending via Mail or by zip code of your shipping address we will propose to the nearest point packs. Shipping costs do not increase if you add more product to the cart.
  4. Continue shopping, finalize purchase: If you want to keep buying repeats the search process, but if you want to process the order and click on ‘Make Purchase ” in the shopping cart.
  5. personal data: To begin processing the order you have to tell us your personal information and shipping address of the order.
  6. Make sure the shipping and billing address are correct.
  7. Payment method: Select a payment method : Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer (we will ship upon receipt of your proof of payment)
  8. Order: Check that your order is correct and confirm.
  9. Order Confirmation and collection : Receive an e-mail confirming your order and the collection thereof.


All products are new and are presented in their original packaging or seal. The products match the images, except where there was a mistake with the photo that appears on the Web page. Also remember that in Spain are distributors of the brand we sell .

  • Product Color/Shade. All cosmetic products are labeled color in the description and also can be viewed with greater size, zooming in on the image of the product. Because the color display on your monitor depending on your settings and the same may be a color variation with respect to reality. We can not accept returns or exchanges because the color is not the same as expected. Also, cosmetics and beauty products have no guarantee covered by the law because of the nature of consumer goods. Returns are only accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to quality problems or damage during transport.


The prices shown include VAT and are valid for mainland and Balearic Islands. The customer will be responsible for indirect taxes. Prices do not include shipping . The prices shown are valid except typing and while stocks last mistake. Prices may vary without notice. All sales are made to the relevant ticket or invoice you receive with your order. Products are available for sale while stocks last.


Ordering is easy:

  1. How I can know that I made my purchase ? Once you have placed your order you will receive an e- mail confirmation . Otherwise shouldest receive , please contact our customer service department via email online@airstocking.es
  2. Can I know when my order is ready ? Yes , when your order you are ready to leave our warehouse and receive an email with the tracking number of the carrier.
  3. Can I remove items from my order? If you have not , processed and accepted the order. If , on the pre order display in the shopping cart you can remove any item before accepting your order.
  4. What should I do if I receive a faulty or in disrepair article ? In AirStocking.es only sell items in excellent condition and 100 % original. Do not accept delivery if the package is opened , crumpled or defective and return it to the carrier that makes you surrender. If you have already accepted delivery and receive a defective item, broken or defective quality, please contact us via online@airstocking.es
  5. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item ? If by mistake you receive a different item you were asked to contact our customer service department online@airstocking.es

Delivery and handling

  1. The shipping cost depends on the purchased amount and destination. (Import duty and taxes are applied on Norway shippings)
  2. SEUR (home delivery) The delivery time depends on the destination within Spain and Portugal and takes normally from 48 up to 72 hours business working days. The shipping to international destinations will last approximately 7 business working days.
  3. Pick up at the shop, Palma de Mallorca. (Mallorca) Free of charge
  4. International shipping this service is provided to the following UE countries:

  • What form of payment can I use to make my purchase ? We have the following payment methods : PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Cash on Delivery and Bitcoin.


Returns are only accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to quality problems or error from our warehouse. To return an item , we need the original packaging, verify that it has not been tampered with and invoice you received in shipping.

To return an item you must request a refund via online@airstocking.es once studied refund , you must send a picture of the product and proof of purchase via e- mail to proceed to approval and sent a new unit .

  1. What is the deadline to make a return? The deadline for any refund is 7 days from the date of purchase , provided the items you have received a manufacturing defect or shipping error of our stores.
  2. Do I have to pay anything for my return? Returns to AirStocking.es be free if the goods have reached the addressee manufacturing defect or a mistake in sending our warehouse.
  3. How will I receive my refund ? Once approved you return (as main rule of our company) , receive another unit of the same item free of charge. There is also the option of a refund paid through transfer.
  4. When will I receive my refund ? When we receive and approve the return (remember, the product and packaging must be in perfect condition) will receive an email you asking for a bank account number to make the refund through Bank Transfer, the amount is credited to your account in a few days .
  5. What can I do if my refund is wrong? Contact us via online@airstocking.es and attempt to resolve the issue ASAP . AirStocking.es reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline , or items that are not in the same condition they were received and sent.


Cosmetic and beauty products (makeup, brushes, shadows, lipsticks, etc …) have no guarantee protected by law because of the nature of consumer goods. Returns are only accepted if a product arrives spoiled due to factory problems or problems with transportation . Customer acknowledges the right to cancel the order within seven working days of receipt thereof, as stated in Article 44 of Law 7/ 1996 of 15 January on the Retail Trade . To make a return the product must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Upon receipt of the return and checked the condition of the goods we will refund the amount thereof by Bank Transfer. Shipping costs and return are the responsibility of the customer, as well as their own additional costs incurred by it as are phone calls , time spent managing the return , etc. . Customer will communicate his resignation by email to online@airstocking.es . This may indicate the Customer Order refund procedure .
